Tappio

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Tappio products.

What is NFC?

NFC (near-field communication) is the same short-range wireless technology used for tap-to-pay. When a compatible phone is held close to a Tappio product, it reads a link and opens it, with no app required.

Which phones work with Tappio?

iPhone XS and newer and most Androids tap. On some Android phones, NFC must be turned on in settings. Any phone can scan the QR.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Compatible NFC phones open your review link natively, and any phone camera can scan the QR backup.

How do you link the product to my Google review page?

After you order, we'll ask for your business details and set up the link to your Google review page.

Which product should I choose?

Cards are great at checkout or handed over with a receipt. Stickers go on registers, mirrors, tables, and windows. Stands are best for counters, host stands, and reception desks where they're visible to everyone.

How does pricing work?

Prices are listed on the site, before Texas sales tax. See the shop, or find the setup for your business. Custom orders over the listed sizes and metal cards are quoted individually.

What's the difference between generic and custom products?

Generic products use our existing Google Review designs and need no artwork, making them the affordable option. Custom products are designed around your brand, with your logo, colors and graphics, and can come in different sizes and shapes.

Do you offer bulk or multi-location orders?

Yes. Cards come in packs of up to 50, and an extra location on a package is $99. For custom orders over the listed sizes, tell us what you need in the quote form.

Does Tappio guarantee reviews?

No. Tappio makes it easier for customers to leave a review, but it's always their choice. Follow Google's review policies and never offer incentives in exchange for reviews.
