How to cancel Tappio Care. No phone calls and no runaround.

How to cancel

  1. Online: [PLACEHOLDER: link to your Stripe customer portal. Turn it on in Stripe under Settings, then Billing, then Customer portal. You can also put the link in the receipts Stripe sends.]

What happens when you cancel

  • You won't be charged again after you cancel.
  • Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for.
  • Your tags keep working. They still send people to your Google review page. You just stop getting Care extras like link changes, free replacements and the monthly tap count.

Tappio Care costs $15/month plus any tax, billed monthly, and renews automatically until you cancel. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
